Asset owners need monitoring tied to inspection, maintenance or shutdown decisions. Suppliers should establish communications coverage, calibration needs, false-alarm handling and the recurring cost of analysis and service.
The people using the solution
Local users need understandable alerts and clarity about who can issue an official warning. A dashboard that nobody checks does little to improve preparedness, even when its measurements are accurate.
